Even the cartels in Mexico were far superior to people in Colombia and have much more cash. In reality, because the Mexican cartels are the gatekeepers to the US — other Latin American cartels in one way or another have to pay them tribute to maneuver on the drugs and other contraband. Needless to say Mexican Drug Cartels are a Force to be Reckoned with…already using their clutches in countless towns & cities in the US.
