Second Time A Charm? Tennessee Introduces the New Medical Marijuana Bill in the House

by Team Marijuana News

A Tennessee lawmaker has introduced legislation to the ballot in 2022 which will set the tone for a stronger marijuana business in Tennessee. The bill is authored by Bruce Griffey (Republican from District 75) and is now known as House Bill 1634. The bill will require county election commissions, which will include three questions related to cannabis. The questions are likely to be non-binding and will appear on the November 2022 ballot.
